Due to the custom nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Full Payment

Clients who choose full payment may receive the lowest available pricing.

Installment Plans

Clients may choose to divide payments into smaller monthly installments.

Installment plans may result in a higher total payable amount than full payment.

This difference covers:

• Administrative costs
• Payment management
• Risk management
• Flexible payment arrangements

Installment plans are not loans and do not involve interest-based financing.

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make payments may result in:

• Service suspension
• Restricted access
• Delayed delivery
• Account limitations

Payments overdue by more than three (3) days may incur a late payment fee of RM10 per month.

Additional recovery actions may be taken if balances remain unpaid.

All websites, systems, source code, designs, and digital assets remain the property of AfterSolves until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Clients may settle remaining installment balances at any time without penalty.

If a client cancels an installment arrangement:

• Remaining balances may become immediately payable.
• Services may be suspended.
• Ownership transfer may be withheld until payment completion.

All pricing will be disclosed before purchase whenever reasonably possible.
